These weekly sessions focus on building confidence, by learning and developing a range of hockey basic skills that will set players up for the next step in their hockey journey!

Players will be split into relevant age groups throughout the session

These small group or individual sessions give players lots of time on the ball allowing them to consolidate and refine skills that often get overlooked.

The session will be led by ex Scotland Internationalist Louise Campbell. You can expect a high tempo, engaging session that will challenge each player to work outside their comfort zone in order to see results.
