These small group sessions give players lots of time on the ball allowing them to consolidate and refine skills that often get overlooked.

The session will be led by ex Scotland Internationalist Louise Campbell. You can expect a high tempo, engaging session that will challenge each player to work outside their comfort zone in order to see results.

Sessions run on Thursdays from:

28th of August- 2nd of October

Break for October holidays and resume again:

30th October- 4th December

The session will run from 6-7pm or 7-8pm at the MES top astro

1:1 costs = £55.00

1:2 costs = £50.00 (£25 pp)
